Form of workHuman Resources Advisor Glencore’s McArthur River Mine has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join the team. You will join a team of collaborative HR professionals, providing value-added HR service delivery across our operations and to over 850 personnel. This is a site-based role on a 9-day fortnight (5/2, 4/3 roster).
About the role: On a daily basis, you will provide services including: Coaching Managers in providing feedback and resolving workplace issues. Managing escalated employee relations matters such as performance improvement plans, grievances and misconduct investigations. Develop and deploy a range of people strategies and plans.
Processing employee variations and other employee data changes through a range of internal systems and issuing appropriate documentation to employees and payroll. Maintaining accuracy and compliance of employee records and information. Build quality partnerships with leaders and employees through delivery and implementation of upcoming HR projects.
