Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Perth, WA. The Administrator will be responsible for recruiting, inductions, mobilisation, work force management and general administration.
You will report to the business manager and will be expected to manage all aspects of the workforce, including maintaining data bases of qualifications and expertise to ensure the right people are sent to our various projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Administration skills
- Knowledge of labor and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS suite of office products, particularly excel.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Certification in Human Resources is a plus
- Three years or more experience in a similar role
