As such, we have newly created a role for a HR Administrator to join our teams ASAP.
About the role:
We are seeking applications for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team at our Maddington depot.
The role is a permanent position, working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Reporting directly to our People & Culture Manager, this role is focused on growing and developing our people and brand.
We are looking for a good work ethic and attitude above all, because we guarantee we will train you better than anyone else!
Day to day this role will see you:
- Be involved in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding of new employee's.
- Be involved in the mobilisation for all new and existing employees.
- Ensure candidate records on candidate management system are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with Uniform/PPE process management.
- Conduct adhoc administration duties.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high attention to detail.
- Lives our Values and drives great culture.
- Has strong organisation and administration skills.
- Has a great overall HR knowledge of Policies and Procedures.
- Has previous experience in a similar role.
- Is an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or has working rights in Australia.
- Is a great communicator.
- Can prioritise tasks in an ever-changing environment.
- Has intermediate/ advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook.
Desirable:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in HR.
- Knowledge of Western Australia State employment laws and legislation, Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Awards.
