  • Homelessness
  • Education and Training
  • Support and Wellbeing.

Since 2001 we have been delivering appropriate education programs for disengaged and at-risk young people through our Anchor Point program and Youth Futures Community School.

The role:

We have a full-time vacancy for a Human Resources Administrator to work in our Head Office located at Joondalup. You will report to the Human Resources Manager and be encouraged to learn, develop and grow your skills through the challenges of the role.  

This role will suit someone with an interest in developing their career in Human Resources and Recruitment. 

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings/ interviews, maintaining records, and data entry
  • Facilitate employee onboarding/ offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee lifecycle data
  • Prepare employment files, contracts, letters of offer and onboarding documentation
  • Competency assurance
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed

We are looking for someone who:

  • Strong organisation and administration skills
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with employee matters
  • The capacity to deliver high quality documentation, registers and meet moving deadlines
  • Intermediate/ advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook 
  • A strong work ethic and a results-oriented attitude 
  • Strong verbal communication and written communication skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise your workload and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines 
  • Is a Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or has working rights in Australia

Work Conditions:

  • Monday - Friday 
  • 8am - 4pm
  • 4 weeks annual leave 
  • National Employment Standards

The base rate for this position depending on qualifications and experience is $64, 974 to $75, 894 per annum, plus superannuation.

In addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 for general living expenses and an additional $2,650 for entertainment benefits per annum.
