The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a suitably experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our HR Team.
This is a fixed-term role covering maternity leave (12 months) offered on a Monday to Friday roster for residents located in Karratha (or willing to relocate for duration of contract).
Role Requirements
- Providing support with recruitment and onboarding coordination including placing of adverts, screening candidates, arranging pre-employment procedures and supporting onboarding procedures of inductions, paperwork and orientation.
- Assisting with preparation of contracts, variations of employment and other HR documentation.
- Assisting the HR Team in the coordination of and completion of all HR activities relating to the employee lifecycle.
- Assisting with the administration of CORPS Housing and associated policy including maintaining accurate records of lease agreements, payments, inventory and inspections following personnel movements.
- Supporting the HR team with management of the HR system.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting an HR team;
- Cert IV in Human Resource Management (desirable);
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and credibility.
- Knowledge of HR legislative requirements (desirable).
- Experience with Employment Hero software (desirable)
