Are you an experienced Human Resources Advisor looking for a rewarding career with a passionate team? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR generalist to join our business as a senior member of our team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager – People & Culture, your role will provide generalist HR support for our operational leaders to deliver effective people management practices throughout the employee lifecycle.

About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, delivering a high level of HR generalist advice and support to operational leaders, is essential to succeed in this position
- Tertiary qualification in HR or Business-related discipline is desirable but not essential
- Current knowledge of employment-related legislation, regulations and industrial instruments
- Demonstrated experience in generalist HR and strong capability in coaching and upskilling line managers to apply best practice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Experience in leading and supporting grievance investigations, performance management, fitness for work cases and supporting people-related organizational projects and initiatives

Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000 per year plus super
