• Collaborate with managers to maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance.
• Support recruitment efforts and coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires.
• Facilitate evaluations, offboarding procedures, and manage employee status changes.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and provide timely support to employee inquiries.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects and activities. 
• Lead engaging induction sessions to set new team members up for success.
• Track HR deadlines and update records accordingly.

• Proven experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills. 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
