The Role
We are seeking an innovative Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department. This role will suit an office administrator or a newly graduate, preferably in the hospitality industry coupled with "can-do" attitude who wishes to gain experience in Human Resources.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide general administration support to the Human Resources Manager.
- Assist the payroll officer in updating the payroll system and cross check employees' leave action forms prior to payroll processing.
- Coordinate recruitment and orientation for new employees.
- Coordinate training for all employees.
- Organise Social Club events.
- Organise Annual Staff Party once a year.
- Liaise with all employees to ensure effective communication throughout the hotel on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner in Human Resources/payroll system.
- Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
- Relevant experience in hotel/hospitality in Australia desired.
- Excellent ability to work professionally under pressure.
