Job Overview:
Administering all administration tasks related to onboarding employees. Administering all administration tasks related to employee changes, i.e. promotions, salary changes etc., Coordinating with international HR on processing transfers/relocations for Australia. Salary benchmarking for new hires and current personnel. Development of HR projects and initiatives. Liaison between Recruitment team and hiring managers. Conduct recruitment interviews. Workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for all corporate, operational, and technical roles
- Salary benchmarking
- Creating contracts, variations, and letters of offer.
- Providing advice on HR and recruitment requirements.
- Policy and procedure review, development and implementation of ISTA/relocations.
- Processing all international relocations, including negotiating proposals at a senior level.
- Provide advice to leadership team on Development and Performance Management system, Talent and Succession Planning
- Manager touch base meetings
- Ad-hoc support to the HRM as required
- Administer employee new starter, induction, onboarding, probationary processes.
- Updating and maintaining various systems including the HRIS (SAP and Oracle) in respect to new starters, personnel changes and terminations
- Preparation, processing, issuing and follow up of authorized correspondence and documents, including employment contracts and offer letters, service orders, personnel transfers, staff movement checklists, change of conditions correspondence, termination clearances, termination correspondence
- Prepare information on a regular basis in respect of recruitment reports, monthly IR report
- Process visa applications, transfers and provide other assistance as required to mobilize personnel to overseas sites/offices
- Ad hoc duties as directed by HR Director
- Responsible for SNOW tickets, making changes to employee related information
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Diploma or degree or similar
- 3 to 7 years HR Experience
- Oil & Gas Contractor experience
- SAP
- Oracle
- Responsiveness to requests
- High level of attention to detail
- Recruitment experience
