Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing succession plans for staff and conducting performance reviews
- Overseeing remuneration programs and staffing levels and partnering with managers to ensure transparent labour budgets and consistent staffing levels are maintained.
- Employee relations including contract management, complex award interpretation, performance management and dispute resolution.
- Compliance on current and future legislation changes
- Working with visa specialist on all visa programs ensuring compliance at every stage
- Identifying training and coaching requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management (preferred)
- A naturally engaging communication style with the capability to influence a diverse range of people
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders
- A consistent work history showcasing experience ideally within the agricultural or food production sectors
- Resilience and the ability to problem solve. The desire to find solutions to complex issues
- Computer skills including MS Office and Excel
- A competitive salary ranging from $120k + super + use of a vehicle + assistance with accommodation if required.
