This is a dynamic role that would suit an experienced HR professional who has demonstrated skills in change management, industrial relations as well as the ability to lead the team to build fundamental human resource functions and policies.Position Responsibilities:● Effectively lead and develop the Human Resources team across Australia and New Zealand● Engage with the business to implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience, simplify human resource processes and continuously optimise each phase of the employee lifecycle.● Leverage workforce data to develop strategic insights to influence and inform business decisions, people priorities and workplace planning.● Identify current and future capability and capacity requirements and develop solutions to address gaps.● Provide leadership across a range of people programs including but not limited to culture, change, performance management, learning and leadership, payroll, reward, talent and succession management, and employee engagement.● Ensure people processes (in particular, recruitment and selection, onboarding and learning and development) are aligned to best practice.● Provide coaching and support to leaders in driving change and applying change management techniques.Who we are looking for:To be successful in this role, you will have:● Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience● Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners.● Demonstrated experience coaching, advising and influencing senior leader.● Proven experience in managing and directing employees in a Human Resource environment.● Proven track record in leading and delivering organisational change and providing change management coaching and support to leaders.● High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts● Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances and priorities.● Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand employment relations, workplace health and safety legislation and key industry bodiesWhat we offer:
