Human Resources Manager

Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced Human Resources Manager. This is an ongoing, full time position. The successful applicant will manage the HR team and support the Assistant Principal – Staff with:

1. Recruitment
2. Appointments
3. Staff Induction
4. Questions about employment conditions and entitlements
5. Contract variations
6. Maintaining complete and accurate HR records
7. Updating Position Descriptions and HR Policies
8. Leave cover
9. Compliance monitoring
10. Staff celebrations, farewells, milestones and recognition
11. Staff exits
12. Day to Day administrative support

The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category A, Level 4, Education Support Employee, (CEMEA 2022).
