Your Role
Leading a team of your own and partnering with leaders across the business, you will provide HR guidance and support at both the strategic and tactical levels, to enable business success.
Key focuses:
- Develop and implement P&C strategies, enabling business success through appropriate processes and practices to reach high levels of engagement, capability and productivity;
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders based on credibility and open communication to enable the provision of timely and accurate advice;
- Provide comprehensive industrial and employee relations advice and support to effectively manage employee relations matters;
- Streamline and improve P&C processes and contribute to value-add projects to support continuous improvement.
