What's on offer?
The 8Homes team is looking to employ a customer focused and driven Client Manager to work within our Onsite team.
Within this role your responsibilities would include:
- Maintain client files with the relevant contract and associated documentation
- Provide all required correspondence to stakeholders within the required timeframes.
- Maintain onsite administration including minimum fortnightly client contact and accurate Click Homes and Framework database updates.
- Book all required appointments as nominated by the Construction Supervisor including stages, as per client request and practical completion inspections.
- Facilitate settlement and schedule handover with client.
- Liaise with operational teams to facilitate cross-department alignment and ensure efficient end-to-end workflow and customer experience.
- Provide all required correspondence to clients and external suppliers for permit requirements within the required timeframes.
- Provide high level customer service to all stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a customer-facing role within residential construction
- Understanding of building regulations, building codes and residential building processes
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and CRM programs
- Experience with Framework and Click Homes Database systems is an advantage
