AddressNous Group is seeking a skilled Resource Manager, Resource Coordinator or similarly skilled professional to join our team as a Resource Partner. The role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane or Perth. You will be a member of a well-established resourcing team that works collaboratively to form high performing and diverse consulting teams for clients.

You will:
- Be responsible for resource allocation decisions across a mix of locations
- Provide advice to stakeholders across Nous on the resources and teams available to pursue client opportunities
- Partner with senior leaders to discuss resourcing opportunities and challenges
- Use systems and reports to manage and allocate resources to ensure employees are well utilised
- Work closely with our Onboarding team to allocate best suited projects to all new employees
- Draw data together from multiple sources to inform sound decisions
- Support and implement business initiatives to improve service delivery.
Key attributes, you are:
- Strong in organisation with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Able to build and use good judgement when solving problems
- Responsive and able to work to critical deadlines
- Able to influence and coordinate senior stakeholder decision-making
- Adept at learning, using and navigating between systems
- Discrete and confidential when dealing with sensitive employee issues
- A team player who leans in and works well with others.
And the practical experience:
- Experience in a Resource Manager or Resource Coordinator role in a professional services company would be valued but won’t be a determining criterion
- Experience in scheduling, working in fast-paced environments, or relationship management would help you to be successful in this role
- Strong attention to detail.
