They are seeking an experienced iChris Systems Administrator or Senior Payroll Officer with strong iChris experience to step into their technical role on a full-time and permanent basis.What’s on offer?

About the role:Reporting into the National Payroll Manager and working closely with the payroll BAU team and the broader HR team, your key duties will include:

• Identify areas for process enhancement by analysing user feedback and closely monitoring key performance indicators
• Develop thorough disaster recovery strategies to minimise data loss in unforeseen circumstances or system malfunctions
• Deliver exceptional support to internal stakeholders by promptly and accurately resolving technical issues
• Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, processes, and solutions in centralised systems, facilitating user self-service
• Initiate feedback on processes and contribute actively during team projects
• Conduct comprehensive system integration testing and file validation
• Perform meticulous pre and post-upgrade testing of systems
• Continually enhance process efficiency and system configuration
• Leverage effective time management techniques to meet project deadlines
• Execute system integration testing and file validation

About you:You you a highly experienced iChris Systems Administrator or Senior Payroll Officer with strong technical capabilities along with:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong iChris knowledge (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
