SAP Systems Specialists (Senior Systems Analysts) to be located at any of our major locations – Brisbane, Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville or Cairns – and are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates.Our Functional Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team is currently on the journey of building capability and expertise in the provision of highly effective functional support across EQL’s diverse range of EAM projects and platforms. - SAP Systems Specialist – Asset and Works Management
- SAP Systems Specialist – EAM Portfolio Management
- SAP Systems Specialist – EAM Project Management
About your new role:As a SAP System Specialist, you’re highly specialised in providing high quality functional and analytical support enabling the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of various SAP-based systems and platforms which support the planning, monitoring and delivery of key programs of work across EQL.You’re a key contributor to EQL’s Digital Transformation project through supporting the transition of existing technologies to SAP-based products, presently managed externally, to an in-house operation. Initially, you work closely with external vendors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the system functional design, ensuring a smooth transition and effective ongoing management.Acting as the conduit between product owners and technical teams, you collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to determine business requirements and configure systems to meet those requirements. From integration to configuration issues, you adopt a problem-solving mentality and work with various specialist teams to determine relevant issues and develop a roadmap to rectify them, ensuring as little impact as possible on EQL’s operations.Keeping abreast of upcoming planned software releases, you assess the impact of the upgrade, recommend the best way forward for the business, leveraging best practice standards from vendors, and actively manage the enhancement process to release, ensuring the overall improvement of processes and outcomes.The remuneration for your new role is from $159k plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight. About you:You’re a degree qualified professional in a function relevant to the role, or alternatively, you hold the necessary combination of qualifications and on-the-ground experience required for success.You’re a functional specialist in your area of expertise and hold comprehensive knowledge and proven experience in various SAP-based product sets related to your speciality area. Depending on the role you’re interested in, you also meet the following key criteria:Asset and Works Management
- Experience with S/4 Plant Maintenance and S/4 MDG.
- 5+ years of specialist experience in functions related to Asset and Works Management systems support, data, and configuration.
EAM Portfolio Management
- Experience with S/4 PPM.
- 5+ years of specialist experience in functions related to Portfolio Management systems support, data, and configuration.
- Experience with Copperleaf C55 for investment lifecycle management.
EAM Project Management
- 5+ years of specialist experience in functions related to project management systems support, data and configuration.
- Experience with S/4 Project Systems and S/4 Commercial Project Management.
Further to this, you’re familiar with agile ways of working and have experience in toolset application. If you also have experience working within a DevOps framework, this is ideal.You’re comfortable juggling multiple and competing priorities and have the ability to manage a diverse range of projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.Establishing and building relationships across the business is a key strength of yours and you continuously exercise your highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with key stakeholders.Your excellent report writing and presentation skills sees you effortlessly converting technical jargon to layman terms ensuring your effectiveness in translating business requirements to system functionality, and vice-versa.Most importantly, you strongly align with our values: We’re Safe – We Belong – We Grow – We Deliver.
