The Role
As the ICT Business Analyst at RIB, you'll serve as the vital link between business needs and technological solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze requirements for ICT projects. Your role involves conducting thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery and adoption of ICT projects, while also staying abreast of industry trends to contribute to ongoing process improvement and innovation. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ICT projects.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing ICT systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ICT solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in ICT processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ICT projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with ICT tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
