Trideca’s ICT Business Analyst role is responsible for;
· Requirements definition and documentation(epics, features, user stories) As-is and to-be process mapping
· Facilitation of shared understanding ofbusiness problems and technical solutions between PO and engineering
· Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure allprocesses, requirements and business rules are documented and included in thesolution.
· Supporting the validation of the solution /requirements presented through user testing
· Create and prioritise user stories backlog
· Document business requirements (functional andnon-functional).
· Deliver high level/detailed requirementsthrough user cases, process flows etc.
· Identification of risks, issues, anddependencies and assist with the resolution.
· Providing functional expertise (on assignedfunctional areas) to solution designers, developers, testers, and businessgroups as needed to facilitate development, testing, training, and reviewclient and internal communications ensuring detailed business requirements arecovered in the overall solution.
· Requirements traceability: Ensure traceabilityof business requirements via input into the delivery of a requirements'traceability matrix (e.g. ALM tracing and input and updates in JIRA asapplicable)
· Analysing user stories from both a Digital(responsive design, accessibility, tagging, userflow) and Technical (APIscalls, mini app integration) to ensure completeness About
· Analysing large datasets to identify trends tomaximise business opportunities and drive performance
· Working across functional business units /teams to develop data, requirements and insights
· Providing ad-hoc data analysis and reportingto business stakeholders
The sucessfull candidate will have;
Extensive experience of BA in an Agileenvironment with exposure to mobile – minimum of 2+ yrs of experience.
· Relevant IT or Business Bachelor Degree,vendor certificates or at least 5 years industry experience.
· In-depth understanding of financial products,processes and systems
· Demonstrated success applying Power BI orequivalent analytics tool to deliver insights
· A clear understanding of financial andcommercial business metrics and the drivers of business performance
· Proven experience deploying business analyticstools and visualisation solutions to support business decision process
· Experience of simplifying complex processes,issues, problem solving and analysis
· Extensive experience working in an agileenvironment and familiarity with HCD techniques
· Ability to communicate a product vision to keystakeholders and teams, developing it into shaped backlog of key features, userstories and goals for individual sprints.
· Comfortable playing a leadership role,including leading workshops.
· Highly effective verbal and writtencommunication skills
· CBAP or Agile BA certification Scrum mastercertifications desirable
