ICT Support Engineer
12 Month Contract - Part-time (0.60 FTE)
Base salary of $60,000 (pro-rata). Plus, up to 16% superannuation.

Opportunity:
We are seeking a suitably experienced person to fill the position of ICT Support Engineer.
The ideal candidate will;
Embrace change, innovation and new technology.
Coordinate information systems, applications and technical support functions.
Possess industry qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Have experience in server maintenance.
Be proficient in M365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online).
Demonstrate network support skills (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs).
Excel in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Provide responsive and customer orientated IT support.
Manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and exhibit strong time management.
Approach challenges with a solution focus and positive attitude.
Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
