About the role
As an ICT Support Officer, you'll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage ICT projects, and ensure seamless technology operations. Bring your technical prowess, problem-solving skills, and a passion for collaboration to make a positive impact.
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Harcourts corporate team and the ICT infrastructure
- Troubleshooting hardware and software faults in a timely manner
- Asset management and tracking
- Providing second and third level support to the Helpdesk and franchises when required.
- Creating and maintaining documentation regarding system configuration and IT processes
- Working with third parties and cloud providers
- Participating in and supporting ICT projects and deliverables
About you
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Azure Active Directory, Exchange
- Installation and patching of Windows Operating Systems and applications
- A strong problem-solving process, ability to critically think through technical issues to resolution – researching online where necessary.
- Network troubleshooting and understanding of TCP/IP technologies.
- Prevention, monitoring, and investigation of cybersecurity threats
- Strong communication skills – in-person and remote support
Experience in PowerShell and SharePoint would be highly regarded as would understanding of web and network routing.
TAFE and/or tertiary qualifications are desirable.
