A Bit About the Role
The Implementation Team Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful deployment of the INX suite of products. This position requires both leadership skills to manage the Implementation Team and hands-on involvement as an Implementation Consultant, delivering consulting services and training to our clients. We are currently seeking a full-time leader based in Perth, who will take charge of the following responsibilities:
- Managing the Implementation Team, including recruiting and fostering employee growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
- Leading the team to meet departmental goals and project milestones, ensuring an exceptional client experience by implementing frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, offering expert assistance to various business functions as needed.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of INX product functionality and capabilities and contributing to improvement initiatives.
- Delivering effective face-to-face, remote, and onsite training sessions and workshops on INX products, following established implementation processes and guidelines.
We’d Like You to Have
We’re seeking someone who excels in relationship management and problem-solving, with leadership qualities that can empower our Implementation Team. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and adaptability are qualities that will be crucial in driving team success and delivering exceptional results. In addition, you will need to have:
- Over 2 years of experience in software implementation, with detailed knowledge of the INX products being highly valued.
- Possession of relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in WHS, Logistics, Compliance & Risk, Training & Assessment or Frontline Leadership would be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in delivering training to diverse groups through both face to face and online formats.
- Over 2 years of experience in a leadership role is highly desirable, although not mandatory.
- Demonstrated aptitude for technology and the ability to quickly grasp new products and systems.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are a must.
