Address Support businesses on their healthy fruit delivery journey Your new company Work for a company that provides fresh fruit boxes to businesses daily, supporting their staff to be happy and healthy with consciously healthy snacks in the office. Located in South Kensington, this company sources their fruit locally, supporting local farmers. You will be taking care of their Inbound Sales leads, providing outstanding customer service with their sales, problem solving and solution selling, ensuring you use your sales skills to retain and bring on new customers. This company also provides milk, bread, snacks and coffee, all the daily extras your office will need! Your new role You will be relationship building and managing the sales for their clients, providing excellent customer service to build strong working relationships and experience for the client and the sales will come naturally to you. This is not a hard sales role, we want an expert rapport builder. Following up on website lead generation, you will reach out to these leads in a timely manner and explain products on offer, trying to encourage the customer to try out a fruit box! Clients might want to cancel their order, so you will do your best to retain them where possible. You will take extra care and consideration of these clients to make sure they have the best customer experience. Working 100% in the office for the first 6 months, you will then be able to have a conversation about any WFH options that may be provided. Having the flexibility to work the hours 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm allows you flexibility with your morning. This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover. However, for the right fit, future permanent opportunities can be available. What you'll need to succeed
Customer service and sales experience
Strong ability to build rapport over the phone
Ability to work in the office in South Kensington
Basic Excel knowledge is required
The internal system is Netsweep - any experience using this is highly advantageous
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
