Movember is the global men’s health movement taking on three of the biggest health issues affecting men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Income Project Coordinatorto join our Melbourne, LA or London based team.
About the role
You will support the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Head of Income Operations (HOIC) by efficiently managing global income initiatives for Movember. The role requires strong business acumen, operational excellence, data analysis for decision-making, and exceptional administrative skills. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, document preparation, project administrative functions, and optimising the time of CGO and HOIC.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our modern offices.
You’ll have the opportunity to
- Provide project management support to CGO and global Income squads.
- Maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and report risks.
- Advocate for Salesforce usage and provide regular reports to CGO and Income Leaders.
- Identify cross-functional opportunities for project enhancement.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in creating high-quality tools and resources for global income teams.
- Support and advise global Income teams on Movember's assets and tools.
- Review and prepare quality reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison for Income Leaders/Directors & Country Directors.
- Proactively support CGO in workflow operations, manage executive time, and handle expense reports.
For this role, you’ll need
- 5+ years in a similar Project Coordination role.
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
- Highly experienced in providing administrative support at an executive level.
- Proficient with project management best practices.
- Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility, adaptability and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirements.
- Demonstrated high level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with stakeholders at all levels.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Develop and maintain effective networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding and preparedness to commit to Movember's values.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office full suite, CRM (Salesforce) & Project Management Software (Asana or equivalent)
