We're hiring an Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's infrastructure systems.
You'll manage a team of four direct reports and be indirectly responsible for seven to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our network, servers, storage, and other infrastructure components. Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills are essential. You'll closely collaborate with global teams to execute the strategy locally. Join us and make an impact!
Responsibilities:
• Implement the infrastructure strategy defined by our global team for the organization's infrastructure systems, which includes network architecture, server infrastructure, storage solutions, and cloud services.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of the infrastructure systems.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to infrastructure management and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for infrastructure-related services and products.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff and end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in infrastructure technologies.
About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in infrastructure management, including network administration, server management, and storage systems.
• Prior leadership experience is essential for this role
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel is required in this role and you will be required to travel to Dandenong warehouse once a week.
