We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Building Assessor to join our team.
This role includes carrying out Building inspections and assessments for our insurance clients and other tasks dependent on skill set.
The following attributes will be regarded favorably:
- A trade Qualification as a Builder/Carpenter or equivalent Qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role Building Estimating & /or Assessing
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Project Management Software (simPRO) or similar advantageous
- Experience writing detailed Building Assessment Reports and preparing Scope of Works
- High attention to detail and be able to prioritise accordingly.
- Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to accept change and have a positive outlook.
- Hold a Victorian OH&S Card Construction Industry Card
- Current Full Drivers Licence
- Current Police Check (issued within 3 months prior to commencement)
