The role is located at Karrakatta, with easy access to public transport and parking available.Full time Monday - Friday hours$50 + super hourMust have experience with Freedom of InformationKey tasks / responsibilities that should be prioritised are:
- Administrative tasks associated with processing incoming mail (receipt and dispatch)
- Administrative tasks associated with processing Freedom of Information requests (predominantly maintaining a register, and tracking action and timelines)
- Scan, index and register documents (preferably with experience in TRIM, but other electronic record management systems are also suitable)
- Creating corporate files as required
- Assist in record searches as required
- A willingness and aptitude to learn new system and processes is the more important to me than direct experience in using CM9.
- Experience in recording high volumes of incoming activities (such as processing incoming applications, maintaining customer registers or other complex databases, and the need to maintain meticulous transaction records or accounts) are a transferrable skill for this role.
