Your Key Accountabilities:
The successful applicant/s will be required to perform duty within any Group/Unit within the surrounding area where Crime & Intelligence Command conducts business
Qualifications in criminal justice, criminology, psychology, intelligence, law and/or previous experience in intelligence will be favourably considered.
The successful applicant/s must undertake intelligence training delivered by the Queensland Police Service in line with current policy.
The successful applicant/s may be required to undergo psychometric assessment, prior to appointment.
Applicants are advised that whilst performing the duties of the position they may be exposed to material (written, visual and audio) of a graphic and sensitive nature.
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance to the minimal level of Negative Vetting Level 1 (see Additional Information).
Shift work may be a requirement of the role.
Applicants will remain current for 12 months.
