Form of work This highly respected Partner and popular team are looking for an experience Intermediate Legal Secretary to join their team.
The mix of work by the team means you would get a chance to develop both your front (commercial) and backend (litigation) skills in this high performing construction, engineering and infrastructure team.
About the role:
- Inbox and diary management
- End of month billing, expenses and assisting with client reports
- Drafting correspondence and court documents
- Prepare court document
- Assisting clients with enquiries
- Organising travel and events for the team
- Assist with the development of the junior legal administrator
- General admin duties
- 5 days a week in the office (flex for appointments etc.)
- 2 to 4 years Legal Secretary (ideally in litigation practice)
- Describe yourself as a positive and glass half full person
- Tech savvy and confident with learning new IT systems (ideally experience using iManage and Elite 3E)
- Pride yourself on your attention to detail
- Available to work in the office 5 days a week
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Fabulous Partner/team their last Legal Secretary was with them for over 7 years!
