ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as a International Logistics Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain processes for seamless transportation of finished products from origins to destinations. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, you will standardise best practices and drive efficiencies in our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring the timely sharing of accurate information to support our customers and managing relationships with Freight Forwarders to meet Cotton On standards. Constantly monitoring, managing, and responding to cost performance is integral to your role, as is supporting brands on sourcing strategy with key information and solutions. With a keen understanding of the carbon footprint, you'll implement changes aligning with the group strategy. In addition, you'll inspire, care for, and grow your team at every stage of the people lifecycle, facilitating succession. explore this opportunity to shape the future of our supple chain initiatives with us.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in International Freight Forwarding and FMCG Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical capabilities with high standards in execution.
- Successful track record in stakeholder management, communication, problem solving and influence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for a dynamic retail environment.
- Leadership experience in driving cross-functional teams and achieving results.
- Consistent and effective decision-making, demonstrating sound judgment.
