This role is responsible for partnering and working closely with the Head of Advisory, Orient Capital for Investor Campaigns to ensure our campaigns function and associated business units continue to offer our clients the best operational support. In turn this enables our business development managers to grow our client base by delivering multi-channel shareholder engagement campaigns.
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and the Head of Advisory Services, to deliver retail and proxy campaigns for our clients.
- Manage, produce and analyse daily reports throughout the life of the campaigns
- Execution of campaign strategies and project management to ensure we meet our clients'
- expectations
- Ensure client queries are answered proactively and efficiently
- Assist in the management of client relationships
- Manage multiple, complex, campaigns simultaneously
- Oversee the production of campaign materials, including scripts, emails, ads, postcards, micro-sites, surveys and social media updates
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers including the contact centre, digital solutions, mail house and registries
- Capture campaign statistics and maintenance of the campaigns database
Experience & Personal Attributes
- Articulate with sound verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook intermediate level
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skillsCapability to influence and negotiate at various levels
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively as a team
- Confident, credible and a proven track record of engaging key stakeholders
- Sound judgement, decisive, takes initiative and has the ability to proritise
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain set target levels
- Previous relationship management with a proven record of building and mataining relationships
- Understanding and interest in the financial services industry
- Previous experience and or demonstrated understanding of Investor Relations and Corporate Governance
