Investors Administrator - Residential - $60K-$80K + Super

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with passion and drive to join their investor's division.Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with Key clients, Brokers, land developers and councils
• Arrange new Sketch and Quote requests
• Data entry of new home sales
• Maintain exceptional customer service at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1+ years experience in a similar role with a residential builder
• Shire/Client Liaison, Maintenance, Contracts Admin, or have worked for a Residential building supplier considered
• Exceptional high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
• Ability to liaise to the highest standard with key clients and brokers
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Understand plans and construction documentation
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel software
