We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Assistant to join the Mascot head office. 

This will suit you if you are a fresh graduate or looking to gain valuable experience developing and maintaining our very own in-house software!

Your role

Working closely with the IT manager and our friendly IT staff, your main responsibilities will be:

· Providing IT support to your colleagues in their sales, marketing, accounting and operational roles   

· Developing agile software applications and processes as per the needs of our fast-paced business

· Enhance and maintain our existing in-house desktop software, mobile apps and web apps innovatively

•  Generating custom reports in SQL for business decisions and campaigns

What you need

• Experience in C# and SQL
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, SQL Server, OS, Citrix, VMWare and Network Administration
•  Willingness to learn custom programming and scripting languages as per the requirements of the business
•  Willingness to adapt to a fast moving business
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
