SalaryWorking for this fantastic privately owned company who operate in a league of their own based in Botany Sydney are looking for a key member to join the IT team to assist with the day-to-day running of IT services and providing onsite end-user support.
The IT Support Engineer will manage the End user computing environment providing support and working closely with our IT partners to resolve issues.
The role will assist the out Services Manager & IT Team in the deployment & support of new Infrastructure services as we roll out & upgrade new technology.

About the role :
- Provide local and remote Level 1 & 2 support across all staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues in a Windows based environment (Windows 10, Office365, Windows Server, networking, etc.)
- Manage IT hardware provisioning for staff on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
- Monitor and analyze vulnerabilities across the network.
- Submit and escalate tickets with service providers when required.
- Assist with licensing, hardware and software acquisition for all IT services and the deployment.
- Assist the IT team with BAU and Project related tasks (ongoing)
- Undertake a weekly review of Service Desk queues and prioritise/escalate where required.
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues when necessary – desktops, networks, mobility, printers & servers.
- Ability to train users (where required) on IT support model and systems.
- Microsoft Azure certifications desirable
- Relevant IT degree desirable
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent desirable
- Minimum of 3 years IT experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Experience in a range of technologies including.
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office ,Office 365
- Windows Server
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Okta
- Microsoft Azure , Intune
- Packaging applications
- Windows Autopilot
- Tenable IO
- Netskope
- Genetec Security Desk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
