- IT Helpdesk Support Officer - Windows 10, O365 & Teams
- Immediate start - Contract through until June '24
- Monday to Friday office based position
To be considered for this opportunity we require applicants with the following minimum experience and skills:
- ICT/IT tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows 10, Office365 and and Teams
- Good knowledge of a ticketing system
- Previous experience in supporting a user based of up to 500 employees
- Any knowledge of an ERP system is highly desirable.
- Beaudesert based and able to work an occasional shift that would start at 7 am
- Provide 1st Level IT support for 500 end-users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical support requests and tickets following the business unit incident management process and the SLAs.
- Develop checklists, procedures, and knowledgebase articles.
- Participate in IT projects as required.
- Monitor and manage software telephony systems for the business unit.
