Concentrix Australia is seeking an adept IT Project Coordinator to spearhead the planning and execution of technical projects for both our clients and our internal IT organisation. The role encompasses ensuring timely delivery of requirements, adherence to deployment schedules, and successful acceptance and handover processes. Central to this position is fostering strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating effective communication among clients, project teams and IT technical units.Objectives of this Role:
- Lead project planning, coordination, and delivery from inception to closure.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain project schedules within scope and budget.
- Ensure adherence to effective project management processes and methodologies, providing comprehensive end-to-end reporting.
- Manage client relationships throughout project delivery and up to the final handover phase.
- Collaborate with IT resources to scope technical solutions as necessary.
- Assess, manage, and maintain all project documentation.
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, escalating issues as needed.
- Act as a primary point of communication between project stakeholders.
- Analyse project progress and adjust scope or timelines as required to optimise results.
- Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their skills, abilities, and deliverables.
- Achieve organisational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in projects, PMO, or business administration.
- Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure, including networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Working familiarity with ICT desktop, infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Proven track record in delivering client solutions with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in managing small to medium projects from concept to successful delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions to align priorities in a shared resource environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for knowledge sharing, gaining buy-in, and influencing decision-making.
- Flexible and consultative approach.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Experience in coordinating IT teams and clients.
- Proven success in a corporate setting, collaborating with all levels of management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
