About the role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Officer to lead and manage our school’s ICT infrastructure and provide support to staff and students to ensure effective learning and engagement with our IT resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain the school’s 1-1 iPad program and staff laptops
- Train school staff on ICT functions
- Manage the development, maintenance and operations of the ICT network infrastructure and recommend improvements to systems and processes
- Update and maintain current information management associated with the school’s ICT system.
- Provide support to the school to ensure a high level of service and issue resolution in line with agreed performance standards including training, coordination of workflow processes, performance assessment and review
- Lead and manage the school’s asset management including the registration and disposal of ICT hardware and software assets
- Have relevant qualifications and/or experience in ICT or a related field
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education
