IT Support Officer

We are currently seeking a full time, on-site IT Support Officer at our offices in Welshpool, WA. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven, proactive and technologically minded, with a strong customer service mindset.
Reporting to the IT Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide Level 1 / 2 IT support for staff via calls, tickets or walk-ups.
- Provide remote support for sites in Port Hedland
- Administration of AD, AAD and O365 environments
- Administration of 3CX
- Installation, configuration, and fault resolution of end-user devices (Laptops, mobiles, tablets etc.)
- Other duties as required and/or requested by the IT Manager
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Strong understanding of:
- Networking and connectivity technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, etc)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Azure Active Directory
- Office 365 products/services
- Remote Desktop Services
- Windows Desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Windows Server operating systems (Server 2019/2022)
- Mobile operating systems (Android & iOS)
- Basic understanding of change requests
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong ability to document work-related procedures
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in a similar IT support role
- Current Australian Drivers License and own vehicle
