IT Support Officer

We are currently seeking a full time, on-site IT Support Officer at our offices in Welshpool, WA. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven, proactive and technologically minded, with a strong customer service mindset.

Reporting to the IT Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Provide Level 1 / 2 IT support for staff via calls, tickets or walk-ups.
• Provide remote support for sites in Port Hedland
• Administration of AD, AAD and O365 environments
• Administration of 3CX
• Installation, configuration, and fault resolution of end-user devices (Laptops, mobiles, tablets etc.)
• Other duties as required and/or requested by the IT Manager

Preferred Skills/Experience:

 Strong understanding of:

• Networking and connectivity technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, etc)
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Azure Active Directory
• Office 365 products/services
• Remote Desktop Services
• Windows Desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11)
• Windows Server operating systems (Server 2019/2022)
• Mobile operating systems (Android & iOS)
• Basic understanding of change requests
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong ability to document work-related procedures
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in a similar IT support role
• Current Australian Drivers License and own vehicle
