Role Summary:

About Our Client:
Our client is an Australian-founded automotive business, with strong presence in Australia & New Zealand. With operations locally, this team supports a large user environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage Active Directory and Office 365 accounts.
Requirements:
- 1+ year's experience in a similar IT position.
- Valid Queensland driving license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
