Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 and 2 support.Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.Manage Active Directory and Office 365 accounts. Requirements:1+ year's experience in a similar IT position.Valid Queensland driving license.Excellent customer service skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
