Our client, a global leader is seeking an IT Support TechnicianLevel 1 to work part-time 3 days a week to provide support to the internal users
- Provide support to the internal users in an office environment
- Installation of monitors, PC/notebooks & associated peripherals
- Unpacking PCs and box clean up
- Troubleshooting PC / Printer / Image issue.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in a corporate environment advantageous
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting PC / Printer / Image issues.
- You represent the Brand, so you must have the ability to communicate well with the clients.
- Professionalism in attitude, actions and appearance.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Initiative and ability to plan and organize yourself.
- An ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
