The Position
We are actively seeking driven and passionate individuals to join our Level 2 Technology support team, with immediate openings available with our Brisbane/Gold Coast offices. This role primarily focuses on providing second-level support to our diverse range of clients via phone & interactive tools.
The role will require some onsite work directly with customers and some scheduled after-hours work.
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid Driver's License and access to a well-maintained and dependable vehicle. [SH1]
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, demonstrating an ability to interact effectively with people (both written and verbal)
- Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills within Microsoft and Mac environments.
- A proven track record of reliability and dependability.
- A strong willingness and enthusiasm to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor of Information Technology or higher
- Proven knowledge within an MSP environment, Microsoft Server Environment(s) or Office 365.
