Job Title: Experienced IT Support Technician
Location: Based in Auburn, Sydney - Work Across Sydney
Type of Employment: Casual/Part-time with potential for Full-time
Kangaroo IT is on the lookout for a skilled IT Technician who is passionate about technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Our office is located in Auburn, but your role will involve travelling across Sydney, offering a dynamic and diverse work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering IT support at various client locations throughout Sydney.
- Hardware troubleshooting and repairs, efficient cable management.
- Setup and troubleshooting of a wide range of devices including printers, laptops, TVs, monitors, sound systems, VoIP systems, and POS systems.
- Addressing software issues with expertise in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other software tools.
- Operating system proficiency in macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android.
- Setting up and managing networks, including routers, modems, WiFi extenders, switches, and LAN connections.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A customer-focused mindset, capable of understanding and meeting client needs with professionalism.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for technical challenges.
- Punctuality, strong organizational skills, and a forward-thinking attitude.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and engaging with clients.
Skills Required:
- Solid hardware skills, including device repairs and component replacements.
- Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting various types of tech devices.
- Extensive knowledge of multiple operating systems.
- In-depth understanding of networking and internet technologies.
- Effective at resolving diverse software-related issues.
Additional Requirements:
- Possession of an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Must own a car for travelling across Sydney for on-site jobs.
