Your role is to support the Information Technology function, ensuring employees are able to operate efficiently within the company business IT environment, focusing on Desktop, Hardware and Applications Support at Head Office and Project Sites. IT support liaises with key stakeholders to support teams and individuals across the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead role in the management of external IT service provider
- Assist with HO and Project sites desktop and application support, ensuring employees have the resources they need
- Coordinate networks setups at head office and remote offices, guaranteeing secure and reliable connectivity
- Manage internal IT requests effectively, utilising the ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person conversations for resolution
- Act as the key liaison with external IT, assuring high-quality and timely external support
- Manage all company IT assets registers and procurement
- Setup and maintain PC's, smartphones, tablets and other office hardware, ensuring optimal functionality
- Administer various software applications in use across the business, from Microsoft 365 Apps to specialised Apps
- Manage SharePoint sites and permissions, aligning setups with team collaboration goals
- Lead the commissioning and decommissioning activities for IT equipment at various sites, from initiation to completion
- Utilise PowerApps and Power BI for internal process automation and data analytics, aiding in data- driven decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective user assistance, and documentation of processes and guidelines

- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits to ensure compliance
- Provide IT hardware and applications training to staff, including new starter IT onboarding
- Assist HR with ongoing update of Employee Handbook
- Maintain and prepare company user guides for all applications including SharePoint, Procure, ProcurePro, Payapps, Jobpac and DLP Manager
About you:
- Degree or Certificate in Information Technology
- 3+ years experience in a corporate IT desktop and applications support role
- Proficient in Sharepoint, Jobpac, Payapp, ProcurePro and Procure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have excellent Customer-first approach in issue resolution
- Able to lead and motivate the project team to foster positive team dynamics, high levels of engagement and work outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships
- A problem solver that thinks laterally and resolves conflict
- Team player
- Effectively communicates well with internal and external stakeholders
