Your role is primarily phone based and includes (but not limited to):
• Network/desktop break-fix support and deployment
• General hardware support, maintenance and upgrades
• Routine maintenance and general duties
• On-site client support (as required)
With your excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as being customer focused, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in IT and gain exposure and experience with a wide range of technologies.
Previous experience in an IT support or customer focused role with a diploma or degree in IT or related course will be highly desirable but is not essential.
It is a requirement that the applicant holds a current drivers' license and be prepared to undergo a full police check. This role is for an immediate start and is a full-time position based in the Albury CBD.
