The client is a well-known global manufacturer and distributor offering a diverse range of beverages with a strong focus on health and flavour, also, is one of the global leaders in the industry with a commitment to sustainability and dedication to the quality and authenticity of their products.
We are seeking a Japanese-Speaking sales with previous experience in account management, B2B sales and/or business development (or ones with related experience) for our client.
You will be responsible for managing key accounts and sales mainly for major supermarkets and wholesalers.
A valid driver's license is essential.
Description
The key responsibilities and duties of the role:
- Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Provide effective solutions to clients, showcasing a positive mindset and product knowledge.
- Analyse data to gain insights and identify market trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, setting priorities and goals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Chain Manager
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of products to clients.
- Create and implement marketing programs to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and initiating sales strategies.
To be successful in this position you will need:
- Previous experience in account management, B2B sales or business development.
- Previous experience in sales to food distributors, dealing with supermarkets, wholesalers, or food service is ideal but not essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Eagerness for knowledge of Japanese food and drinks.
- A valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel interstate as required.
- Permanent full work rights in Australia.
