What you'll be doing:
- Handling of e-Store orders including managing phone calls & all email enquiries relating to these orders
- Accurate picking, packing & distributing of all E-Store orders (approx. 5-10 per day)
- Handling of all inbound freight enquiries
- Customer service via answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Processing customer orders as required
- Processing credit card transactions
- Providing general administration support within the office
Who would suit this role?
- Minimum 12 months experience in administration/customer service role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships at all levels
- Good computer literacy with an understanding of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Ability to deliver and achieve set outcomes using both interpersonal skills and knowledge base
- Ability to work independently
