Samuel Griffith Chambers is one of Sydney's leading criminal barristers' chambers. We are seeking an organised, reliable and pro-active recent school leaver with some prior work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling deliveries to courts, solicitors’ offices and other chambers
- Distributing and delivering mail
- Conducting banking tasks
- Responsible for petty cash
- General administrative tasks including filing, printing, scanning and photocopying
- Maintaining kitchen area
- Managing stock, ordering stationery and maintenance of office supplies
- Providing relief support on reception
- Assisting the Clerk of Chambers and Barristers with general clerical tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, barristers and solicitors
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs
- Professional appearance and confident demeanour
- General typing skills
- Attention to detail and highly organised
The salary will be commensurate with experience and will be above the NSW Legal Services Awards minimum salary.
