Junior Clerk / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include general office duties such as:
- mail distribution,
- deliveries,
- banking,
- court filing,
- relief reception,
- loose leaf filing,
- manual handling, specifically lifting of boxes and delivering of court trolleys.
- cleaning and stocking of kitchens, to name a few.
Working within a small team of 5 staff servicing Chambers of over 50 Barristers across 3 floors.
All training will be provided on the job, though not essential, work experience in a similar role or office environment is preferred.
This role would suit a recent school leaver with an interest in the law or office administration, perfect gap year proposition. (this is a junior admin role)

Wages will be paid in accordance with the Legal Services award, and dependent on age/experience
This position is full-time only, with the successful candidate being offered a 12 month contract.
Commencement date ideally July/August 2024
