We are looking for a Junior Float Legal Secretary to join the team on a full-time basis.

The OpportunityWe are looking for a Junior Float Legal Secretary to join the team on a full-time basis. Based in our Sydney CBD office, this role provides the opportunity to work with and support a variety of practice groups in person across our Sydney offices and remotely to our national offices as required with key duties including:
- Daily reception cover
- Diary management
- File maintenance
- Preparing legal documents
- Billing and client reporting
- Opening and closing files
- General administrative duties
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- 12 months administrative experience (preferably legal or professional services)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to draft correspondence and documents; and
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
